If I am an open book, how well am I received? Am I palatable to the masses? Am I rejected from school reading lists for being too brash?
Sometimes I can’t even understand the words written in me. I wonder if I am ever the topic of discussion, a book club blowout; did everyone like what they read today? Do they fight over my meaning, my interpretation? Am I easily understood?
