About

There are a few truths in life that I know and one of them is that language is essential. When someone can put words to the emotions/feelings I didn’t even know I had, that feeling is indescribable. As a writer, I want language to express as much as I know, as much as I think, & as much as I feel. The possibilities are endless.

As humans, we are natural storytellers. It’s a driven part of us to want to tell, to create, to invent and showcase imaginary worlds, characters, & adventures. Our goal is to encapsulate readers within an ambiance of sensations. I want the deep yearning of never wanting a book to end. I want the emotions of a gut-wrenching poem to force me to stop and question my own sorrow. I want to explore worlds that live on other planes, in other universes, in other times.

My hope is to leave a small footprint in the world with my words and storytelling. I love to write. I love editing a piece of incomplete work to get to a final, polished product. I believe great writing comes from great observation and great living. And I want to live to the fullest. I hope this website is a small testament to that.

This place is filled with my hurt and experience, my desires and dreams, my thoughts, both light & dark, and the insecurities I encounter from day to day. I admire those that peel back their mask and show the world the rough honesty beneath, because it makes us feel a little less alone, and that is truly beautiful.

These pages will always be a work in progress, because that’s life. Always incomplete and forever adding to the story.
